* 2007 Necrology Form  - Due by Jan. 11, 2008
* Notice of 2008 Vestry Elections - Due by Jan. 11, 2008
* File Your Annual Parochial Report Online Due by January 25, 2008 

* Report on Parish Officers - Due by February 1, 2008.
* Continuation Page for Report on Parish Officers - to add additional officers
* Changes to the Report on Parish Officers - if changes occur after you have filed your report

* Certificate of Election of Delegates and Alternates to Council 2009 - Due by March 31, 2008
* Parish Audit Booklet (PDF) - Due by August 31 of each year
* 2008 Voluntary Proportionate Giving (VPG) Form (PDF) - Due by Dec. 15, 2007

Failure to file some of these documents can cause your parish to be denied seat, voice, and vote at Council.
